New Programme Director for Navajeevana

Navajeevana is delighted to welcome Mr. S.M.K.B Nandaratne as the new Programme Director. Mr Nandaratne assumed duties on 1 September and has been a long time associate and friend of Navajeevana.

Kumarini Wickramasuriya, Chair and Founder of Navajeevana said: “The members of the Board, our team and I look forward to a very productive future in steering Navajeevana to provide quality services to persons with disabilities and those in need through his able leadership as the Chief Executive of the programme.”

Mr Nandaratne has an excellent background in international development in Sri Lanka, with previous roles including:

Senior Programme Officer - Save the Children (UK)
Programme Officer – Planning & Reporting, Sri Lanka Red Cross Society
Director – Training, Public Awareness & Education, Disaster Management Centre
