Exciting developments on the "responsible tourism" project

23 May 2009

Navajeevana's responsible tourism project has taken a major step forward with the opening of a coffee shop and juice bar, the launch of a craft centre selling products created by people with disabilities, and the publication of a brand new brochure to promote the initiative.

The responsible tourism project aims to
contribute to the rehabilitation of marginalised groups including people with disabilities and those affected by the tsunami, through providing them with the skills and opportunities to make a valuable and lasting contribution to local tourism

For further information, see the coffee and craft shop page of this site or download a copy of the brochure.
